The Joker URSUS is a rugged, reliable, and highly versatile camp knife, designed to accompany outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, and fishers alike. Its full flat grind provides an excellent combination of cutting efficiency, durability, and precision, making it particularly effective for food preparation, camp chores, and bushcraft activities.
Built with a full broad tang and fitted with green Micarta scales secured by steel pins, the URSUS offers exceptional strength, excellent balance, and outstanding ergonomics. The Micarta handle is comfortable in hand and highly resistant to moisture, temperature changes, and hard use in the field.
The blade is crafted from premium Austrian Böhler N695 stainless steel, renowned for its excellent edge performance, solid edge retention, and proven corrosion resistance. Harder than many conventional stainless steels, it holds a sharp edge for a long time, though it requires a more thorough sharpening once dulled.
The knife comes complete with a thick black leather sheath, hand-stitched for durability and built to withstand years of use. To ensure complete self-sufficiency in the outdoors, the package also includes:
- An integrated firesteel
- A striker/scraper for use with the firesteel
- 2 meters (6.5 ft) of 550 paracord
