The Milano is the ideal hatchet. Its bearded shape gives it a broad and precise edge. The blade is still narrow for good penetration capacity.
It is a very good hatchet for carving, cabinetmaking and woodworking.
It is also a first-rate small forestry axe, both for camping and for limbing work, felling small trees and splitting small sections.
It can also make an excellent throwing axe.
Produced in Italy by BR Rinaldi, a family business that has been manufacturing hand-finished axes and semi-industrial tools of great quality and durability since 1780.
