Compact and easy to carry hatchet, ideal for camping, bushcraft and limbing. This model takes the bearded shape of the Barbuta family but in a narrowed format, it is an excellent travel and expedition companion in the woods.

Available with a straight handle.

Produced in Italy by BR Rinaldi, a family business that has been manufacturing hand-finished axes and semi-industrial tools of great quality and durability since 1780.

Blade finish:

The Rough forge finish is as its name suggests: it will therefore be necessary to refine it with a file and sharpen it with a stone to be able to get the most out of its use.
The basic sharpening gives it a well-honed and sharp bevel for better use and penetration into wood.
The premium satin finish allows optimal geometry refinement coupled with sharpening and polishing which will maintain a formidable edge after numerous tough uses and will make regular maintenance of the blade on the whetstone easy, especially with the CotPyr.
